Snyder “aka Rollfast” for the Wards Department Stores, and this Particular 39 Zep Model appeared and was offered in in 1939 only. This Rare Gem is considered a Crown Jewel to Collectors given its Beauty and Rarity you can easily see why. The 39 Zep has Deluxe and Unique Twin Bar styling
