Antique 1901 Cleveland A-1 Roadster Racer Wood Wheel Bicycle

Antique 1901 Cleveland A-1 Roadster Racer Wood Wheel Bicycle

07th September 1901 (No Comments)

This Old Cleveland A-1 Racer / Light Roadster Roadster has seen some use but still survives today. Cleveland Bicycles was founded by H.A.Lozier had a Deep History with Safety Bicycles. Lozier & Co. was a large Bicycle manufacturer producing Quality Bicycles out of Multiple Factories. This 1901 A-1 Cleveland Bicycle was Produced under the ABC Umbrella. The (ABC) American Bicycle Company was a trust or Bicycle Manufacturers that were grouped together to survive the Bicycle Industries Economic down turn coming out of the 1890s Bicycle Boom. Although missing her black coat she’s a cool old wood wheel ride showing the Quality Construction of a Cleveland Bicycle.

¬†This Old 1901 Cleveland A-1 has been Lux Low Patina Restored and Resuscitated. She is missing her traditional black coat due to the many years of use, but finished raw to show off the construction. The Bike was restored as found and the Wood Wheels were added to correct the build. Notice the Unique Cleveland Hanger. She’s a cool Old Ride that has seen some use, Although Completely Rebuilt, I would say that she is only road worthy for a Gingerly Ride on Occasion.

This Bicycle is Rebuilt, Cleaned, and Sealed.  This Bicycle would Be Perfect For a Collection, Conversation or Decoration. Click here for Details of the Lux Low Vintage Patina Restoration Process on this Bike.
