This Hibbard bike is a Deluxe Motorbike that was made by Arnold Schwinn & Company for the Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett, and Company Hardware Stores. H.S.B& Co. was from from Chicago Illinois and had a long history in hardware and bicycles, from the mid late 1800s up past the Second world war. H.S.B. & Co. was also known to developed the True Value Hardware line that still exists today. Early Schwinn are not very common and this one with a Historic Hardware background makes this bike quite a find. This Hibbard Bike has some original paint, lots of patina, a total rebuild, and a New Patina Lux Low 28″ wheel set with better than original performance. This Hibbard is a Quality bike ” Of course it is, It’s a SCHWINN !” She has Rustic Patina and Rides Effortlessly and will get you there in Style.

This Schwinn built Hibbard has some original paint, Lux Low patina preserved and is adorned with original parts. The wheels are New Lux Low custom built 28″ wheels to make this bike road worthy. They are made with Velocity Blunt 35 rims that mimic wood rims. The Rims black with orange pin striping with distressed patina aging to look like old original wood wheels. The wheels are laced with stainless steel double butted spokes to a New Departure front Barrel hub and a nice rear New Departure Model A Coaster Brake Hub. The Tires are 28″ x 1.40″ Schwalbe Road Cruiser Whitewall Tires. The wheels add new tech with a retro look that will let you ride this baby for many miles effortlessly in comfort. The Drive is Skiptooth Chain and the Seat is a Lux Low Restored Early Leather Saddle. This Baby is Built to Ride and Preserving the Classic old look and Patina, To Give you a Stylish old Bike that Rides Effortlessly and will turn heads as you Roll By.

She is completely rebuilt with riding in mind, you can put her on a pedestal or ride her for miles.
