This Pepperell Grocery Cycle Truck is a true piece of History, Showing Schwinn Quality with patina tells a story of many years of service. This antique 1950 Arnold Schwinn Cycle Truck was bought outside Opelika, Alabama from a colorful gentleman. Who said ” the bike originally belonged to the Pepperell Grocery (no longer there) in Pepperell, Alabama”. This bike had seen serious service and use, showing its age, looking tired and exhausted. I bought it for a full restoration, but later discovered that the history and patina of this old boy tells a better story than one of new paint and chrome.
