This Vintage 3Rensho Cyclone was pinnacle of design and was displayed at a New York Bike show in 1978 to showcase Mr. Koichi Yamaguchi ‘s work. I cannot begin to encapsulate the passion of restoration and research of this bicycle, One must visit the Original Restorer for a detailed restoration journey. I was drawn to the bike do to it’s Beautiful Gold Superbe Parts and that it was my size, Only to later realize the frames advance features and it’s Historical Significance. This is an Amazing Representation of a Quality Japanese Road Bike.

 This Vintage 3Rensho bike has Original paint with some touch up that is mainly on the bottom bracket shell an under the water bottle cage, On a black bike it is really hard to tell the touch up and over all looks looks very good for what has transpired. The Bike measures 58.5cm from the center of the bottom bracket to the center of the top tube or 60cm Center to Top of the top tube. The top tube is 56.5cm center to center and the head tube is 170mm tall. The Frame and Fork made of Ishiwata 017 Steel tubing with Tange lugs and a Tange Champion bottom bracket shell. The shift cables are internally-routed, via tiny holes that are so finely done that they disappear into the frame. The lugs are hand-cut in the “modulo” style, beautifully thinned and filed, with flourishes throughout that are not seen on other 3Rensho frames. The bike has Gold Suntour Superbe 1st Gen Parts: Cranks, Front and Rear Dérailleurs, Shifters, Pedals, Stem, Seat post, & Hubs. The Superbe Bottom Bracket & Headset are chrome finish. The Brakes & Levers are Gold Dia-Compe Royal Gran Compe 400. It has a Leather San Marco Rolls Saddle, The Handlebars are Gold Kusuki. The 700c wheels are Gold Superbe hubs laced to Mavic Red Label Clincher rims with Tires. Quite an Amazing Ride with High Craftsmanship and Historical Value, I consider this one of my Personal bikes although everything is for sale. Enjoy.
