The Paramount was Schwinn’s Crown Jewel Bike of the Racing Bike Line and the P13 was Paramounts Top Road Racing Bike. The P13 was finely crafted with Reynolds 531 Steel tubes and adorned with Campagnolo Record Parts. This Bicycle was restored and would be a great addition to a collection or a Retro Rider.
This is a Restored Vintage bike, Not one of my restorations, but Quality job with nice new paint & decals with NOS and very nice used parts. The Bike is considered a 24″ and it measures 59.5cm from the center of the bottom bracket to the center of the top tube or 61cm Center to Top of the top tube. The top tube is 58.5cm center to center and the head tube is 180mm tall. The Frame and Fork are Reynolds 531 Steel Tubing. The bike has Campagnolo Nuovo Record Parts: Cranks, Front and Rear Dérailleurs, Shifters, Headset, Bottom Bracket, Brakes, & Levers. It has a Leather Brooks Professional Saddle, and Cinelli Stem and Handlebars. The wheels are Campagnolo Record High Flanged hubs laced to NOS 700c Mavic MA2 Clincher rims & Panaracer Tires. Please Note: the wheels would originally have been 27″ tubular rims with glue on racing sew-up tires. This Upgrade was made to make the bike more street worthy as a retro rider.
