In 1938 Schwinn introduced the Superior and Paramount line of Lightweight Track Racers and Touring Bikes. The Paramount was the top of the line and the Superior was considered second to top but still an elite bicycle offered at consumer prices. 1934 Antique Liberty Racer Wood Wheel Fixed Gear Track Bike, built by Arnold Schwinn & Co.. Liberty was one of Chicago Cycle Supply Company, Chicago Illinois House brands. Chicago Cycle Supply also had Cadillac branded bikes made by Schwinn. This Schwinn Liberty was dated by the original 1934 AS Crank and the Serial number has a R for Schwinn Model R Production Racer. She is a an Amazing Old Schwinn Racer, Lux Low Patina Restored as Found, Ready to Ride or Show.
