Memory Lane & Ann Arbor Vintage & Antique Bike Swaps are the Grand Daddy’s of all Bicycle Swaps. Although Lux Low Missed the shows due to the lack of cost effectiveness, We Celebrated by Finishing some long tome projects and using our local sources to bring in some new stock. Working late into Saturday Night April 30 we finished this 1948 Schwinn B-607 and 1950 Schwinn B-107. Yumm!!

This Beautiful 1948 Schwinn B-6 was one of Schwinn’s Top of the Line Bikes with all the bells and whistles. The B-6 considered a lesser model than the Popular Schwinn Phantom, but in many cases now considered more desirable. The extensive Beautiful paint work proves more appealing than the chrome features of the Phantom. The B-6 is an amazing bike, built with Schwinn Style Quality, By Far one of My Favorite Bikes.

This Gorgeous Vintage Prewar Arnold Schwinn Fat Tire Cruiser Bicycle appears to be the Autocycle Special Unequipped model with upgrades. This Autocycle or Prewar B-6 was a basic version of the ever popular New Auto-Cycle. This Model has the newer cantilever frame, the big 3 1/2″ enameled Ballooner fenders with the new train light, chrome feather Chainguard, braced handle bars, and Deluxe Mesinger #1 Saddle. The Springer Fork and 9 hole rack were upgrades that could be added when ordering. This Gem has Excellent Patina showing character and originality to all the parts.
